The inaugral Game Safe Cup has come to an end, after an amazing run throughout the qualifiers and Grand Final event in Nottingham, Kyrowley28 comes out on top with a 4-1 win against OWENLARNEY in the Finals on the Confetti X stage. The NSPCC and other event organisers would like to extend a massive thank-you to all participants, and all of those who tuned in and donated throughout the event. Thanks to your support, the NSPCC raised £7.5k across the Game Safe Cup and Press Play raffle! Find out more about the NSPCC and our fight against child abuse below. Game Safe Cup Information

The Game Safe Festival aims to celebrate all that is great about the world of gaming and encourage parents, professionals who work with children and the gaming community to join the charity in its mission to create a safer online world for young people. The festival was packed with learning opportunities as well as new ways to donate and fundraise for the charity. Alongside the Game Safe Cup, the NSPCC hosted a range of online and in-person events as part of the Game Safe Festival. Designed to equip people with the tools and confidence they need to protect young players, bring together key industry stakeholders to improve safeguarding practices across the sector and encourage everyone to fundraise for the charity by broadcasting their gameplay live as part the charity’s Press Play for the NSPCC campaign.
